Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) looks at the way that humans think and processes ideas, and how language and behaviour are used to express those ideas and communicate with others. The courses will also focus on building confidence, learning how to communicate effectively, using NLP to deal with difficult people and situations, and adapting NLP for individual use.
